Jack Lugar
Jack is a native Hoosier who returned to Indiana after spending 13 years working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. He works at The Foster Group for those in need of legal counsel and as Principal Broker at Lugar Real Estate, LLC for those interested in buying or selling their home. He concentrates his practice in real estate, business, estate planning, and entertainment law; and works with a diverse group of clients including borrowers, developers, investors, employers, buyers and sellers of real estate, and entertainers. In addition to his work with The Foster Group, and Lugar Real Estate, LLC, he currently sits on the institutional review board for Concentrics Research. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and Indiana State Bar Association. Jack graduated from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis with the distinction of being selected to the Order of the Barristers. He holds an M.A. in Media Management from Regent University and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Taylor University. Jack possesses an active real estate broker’s license and is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition, he is a member of the Writers Guild of America and wrote for prime time television on the FOX sitcom “Wanda At Large.” He has received awards for his writing from entities such as Warner Bros., ABC/Disney, Slamdance, and Scriptapalooza. In 2010, Jack published his first book, The Starving Artist’s Diet. Jack has taught as an adjunct professor at Taylor University on the topic of new media and the law, and offers public seminars focusing on story development, screenwriting, and social media marketing. He spends his personal time with his wife, Elisabeth, and their three children. Jack has a vast knowledge of the real estate market and a depth of familiarity with the Indianapolis area. He takes the time to listen and understand his clients needs and provides them with a creative approach to their real estate needs.

Elisabeth VarnHagen Lugar
Elisabeth relocated to Indiana after working in the entertainment industry for over a decade. She works at Lugar Real Estate, LLC as a Realtor for those in need of buying or selling their home and specializes in home buyers who are relocating to Indiana or purchasing their first home. As a Realtor for clients in Central Indana, Elisabeth serves clients who are buying and selling their homes. She has merged her experience in marketing and distribution to provide her clients with everything they need in a real estate transaction using MIBOR, the strongest marketing tool in Central Indiana. Elisabeth joined Jack Lugar's real estate team in 1997 and the rest is history. Together Jack and Elisabeth have built Lugar Real Estate, LLC. Her goal is to give you the best real estate experience whether you are buying or selling, to simplify your buying and selling experience, and provide you with an enjoyable experience! Utilizing the best marketing tools and technology Elisabeth makes sure you have access to all the homes on the market and makes sure other Realtors have access to your home while it's on the market. Elisabeth possesses an active real estate license and is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She graduated summa cum laude from Regent University with a M.A. in Media Management and holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Taylor University.
Elisabeth began her career at The WB Television Network in Distribution and Affiliate Relation where she developed a strong understanding of how to implement communication strategies. Elisabeth has taught as an adjunct professor at Taylor University on the topics of media & society, public speaking, and humanities; and works as a Marketing Strategist at Juberdoo Media providing marketing services for developing businesses. Her work with Juberdoo Media offers her the opportunity to service non-profits, authors, small businesses, and politicians. In addition to her work with Lugar Real Estate, LLC and Juberdoo Media she serves on the PTO at Geist Elementary. Elisabeth is deeply rooted in her community, graduating from the Fishers Town Government Academy in 2001, serving on the PTO at school, teaching ESL, and recently spearheading the Inaugural Back-to-School Bash for the non-profit Henry's Hope.
